Random org gives you random numbers, they are good, live spins can come from improper wheel or may be not true.  Good random is the best, if you not target a wheel to check for bias.

@ Mangzpapi I'll upload it here in 3 separate parts or so probably later due to file size limitations.

Jesper is absolutely correct Random.org is a great way to test and I have been using it for years now not only limited for Roulette.

http://www.random.org/integers/?num=37&min=0&max=36&col=1&base=10&format=plain&rnd=new

Change "37" to whatever amount of numbers you wish to generate...

Yes I did my own roulette game in javascript, and thought javascript random may not have the best quality. When I start the game it links to random org and takes a few thousend numbers which is stored in the game memory.  it was a discussion of funmode may be rigged, and this was the answer for testing in play conditions.

I recently started internally testing as well, simply for the convenience and speed.  I have several hundred thousand random.org numbers that I downloaded over a period of about a week but I don't use them.  A proper random seed must contain many millions of numbers, because the most extreme results will hide from smaller samples.

RNG grinders can play millions of spins in their lifetime.
