I believe he means the only proven and well documented way to beat roulette.
He doesn't deny the existence of a possible winning mathematical system.

Casino doesn't care about this " proven and documented" . They give past numbers away on request, provide history,  some boards run 300 numbers stats for curios ones.
Just one more " proven and well documented "( filmed) opinion based on complete lack of understanding of the matter.

Kav
" Proven " has not the same meaning as " Possible ".
Does he accept that  there  may be a " Proven " method that has not been made public ?
e.g.
Has the " kavouras  method  been"  proved  "

In this context, I believe Proven means publicly known and documented to win.

The Kav method bet is played with succes by many players. As a system it has the same features as others. In the short run session the result swing between positive and negative. Without a strategy it will end with a loss of 2.7%.

" Wheel Watching "  and " Biased  Play " were effective in the past . I see no evidence that  they are effective with modern wheels - except in forums and You Tube .

Dobbelsteen

Where is the evidence that the kav method is used consistently successfully ?  i think that our bets should yield the same return no matter which number wins.   kav deserves respect for putting forward a method  but I don't think that it does provide overall profits .

Those of us with experience  should be careful about  accepting claims of regular success as it may mislead newbies who come here hoping for advice that they can  use WHEN THEY ARE AT THE TABLE BETTING WITH THEIR HAD _ EARNED MONEY  which they can ill - afford to lose  .

Sorry if I sound negative but punters really need to think more deeply .

Scepticus,  do not worry,  bias play and wheel watching is as difficult as it was before.  Note..  difficult doesn't mean impossible. ..
Before it was difficult due to knowledge nessesary for that was not really public domain,  now it's difficult because it's a public domain and casinos usually have more understanding then players about the subject.
However,  real players will always find a way. Not everything is dependent on knowledge, some factors are natural and casino has no control over them.

No need to control natural factors. For a player is enough to recognise them and understand their affect.

AP players try to beat the wheel. Stratetic  players try to beat the table. It is hard to become a consensus between the different kind of players or methods

Truth is, its very easy. Math is same for everyone. Now... if someone do not use, that's all another story.

@Scepticus. I did not  use the word "consistently". In another thread I have published my Excel results of the Kavouras bet. I wrote that the Kav bet is beautiful but not a winning system. Every systems needs a strategy also the Kav bet. With a strategy the game can be very successful by experience players.

How you use the statistic features,  is not the same for everyone

I agree , Dobbelsteen , that if you define a " System " as the basic idea then you need a "Strategy "to implement it.
How you use it  is CRUCIAL   !
and aren't we going " Off Topic "  !
