Wow. Has it been 20 years already?
« on: February 09, 2019, 10:42:55 PM »
My interest in roulette began twenty plus years ago.

I was very naive when I went on the internet in the 90’s.
I received an email from a guy from America who said that he collected systems. Could I swop one with him? I described a bet that I was playing consisting of 2 dozens. I now know that it’s called the James Bond bet.
I never had a reply from the guy to thank me or give me the system that he had promised in exchange for mine. :P I think he was pissed off. LOL. I did say that I was naïve and did not know much about roulette.

A few weeks later I got an email from someone in Switzerland, asking me how I played. I eagerly explained to him how I was thinking of playing.
If the last result was low place 10 units each on dozens 1 and 2.
Also place 3 units on 25,26,28,29 quad and 5 on line 31-36
You win a grand total of 1 unit.
The plan was to put 1 unit somewhere on an area that I had covered to give me an added win, but I had not figured out where yet.
I proudly explained my idea and never heard from my Swiss caller again. LOL
I could not understand why.   :P
It was soon after that I discovered the old VLS roulette forum. What a treasure trove of ideas. It was here that I first heard of people that had beaten roulette.
Bob, CEH and Dyksexlic.

I have come a long way since and although I have not reached the destination that I set out for, I have enjoyed the journey very much.
Playing around with roulette systems kept me busy and helped me get through a traumatic period in my life. I know that I could have done something more productive, but that's just the way things turned out.

Yes Mr J, I tend to trust people and believe what they say. Call me gullible.
Just like your ideas made me test and explore further, so did theirs.
No regrets.  8)

A lot of the older members have great memories of Gamblers Glen. I was never a member but remember Ken sparring a lot with Snowman.  ;D

Good old days Ken.

Speaking about Harry Jonson comes in mind that he claimed that he's created his own dozens using d streets when using xxy system where he's its inventor ,why don't u look at that way ?
