Are these numbers generated by an RNG in Real Money Mode from a Casino, or in fun mode? If the latter, they are worthless as the RNG is not calibrated to a profit yield return percentage all Casinos implement on their RNGs in accordance with local Gaming Commission directives. This yield return determines thus the RNG processor as it produces numbers.
The latter and its calibration range (usually a Casino 3-5% net profit return on the total turnover of all made bets) depends on the Casino´s taxation rates in their country. You would be surprised how much tax some casinos have to pay to their government for having a license.
The thing with most RNG loving gamblers is that they miss to understand this extremely important difference which means they get results in FUN mode, or on simple online RNG engines, that never can be replicated in a Casino calibrated RNG in RM mode.
Hence they think, once they have blown all their money, the Casino is cheating, which of course it does as it omits to inform the gambler about this difference, which of course is at the same level as not having clocks visible in Land based Casinos, and other neat tricks they use just to increase their edge over the gambler in ways that are unethical, but completely legal.
