Croupier Change
« on: December 30, 2018, 08:48:23 AM »
This is a fun question to close the year off with...

Croupiers are normally good looking and well groomed. Now, if the casino was really hell bent on disrupting your game by throwing you a curve ball, why are they consistent with croupier image?

Imagine a croupier change takes place, the pretty girl hands over to a pot belly bearded hillbilly with just a few long teeth hanging from his gums.He is sociable and he even does a hillbilly dance when your number wins.

How would this affect your game? (remember, this is a fun question.)

I'll just add that our hillbilly croupier gives out free advice continuously. He is like Bubba from the movie "Forest Gump". He will tell you about systems like he was talking about shrimp fishing...lol

Moonshine smells like sweet mountain dew. That stuff is strong enough to kill any bacteria so bad breath is not the problem but he does spit when he speaks...lol

The one system you'll be sure to hear about is his very own Ten Block Attack System (he includes the zero). He says there is no virtual play because you always gotta cover that darn zero.

I have a few dealers here that are hell bent on ATTEMPTING to spin against me. Whether they are good at it or not is another topic. I have a VERY solid rule. If the dealer treats me like s**t in any fashion, no tips for THAT dealer. I had a case where the dealer was constantly on my case, trying to throw me off etc.

My wins against him were over 4K. I did not tip one dollar. I had another situation I went hard core. I was playing the 17 5 22 34, all next to each other, black chips. The ball is going around and was softly going into the 5. She pulls the ball out and says the ball was drifting (BS). I asked pit to have the camera check on that, they refused. So thats $3,500 out of my pocket, but not really (lol). This is what I did until their debt to me was paid off >> I keep a 4x6 notebook on me. Every winning day after that, NO TIPS to the dealer as I normally would. But I would subtract off of the $3,500. EXAMPLE......say I netted 3K for the day. That might be $300 in tips. I would date it and subtract it. The debt is NOW $3,200.

I did this until it was down to $0. That $3,500 is NOT coming out of my pocket. I'm hard core when I play and I dont f**k around. Its all business to me.

Only reason for me to tip a dealer is if they help me. To help me is easy... just do not bother to change anything in ball throw on purpose. If they help - l tip, if no- no.

I struggle with it because it’s also how croupiers make their living. If I’m ahead of my target for the day, I have no problems leaving a tip but otherwise it feels like a commission on a game that’s already designed to beat me so I have no problem not leaving a tip if I’m not ahead.

Croupier change is not an issue. The world is a stage. Every character is interesting, from the boring, enthusiastic, young, old, pretty, ugly, etc. I does not matter. The players too, I would love to see all of you characters on a cluster of tables, side by side. That would be a sight.  :o
