I get it but dont agree with a SYSTEM player saying they have an advantage but they ALSO say the HE is not lowered. Get it?

So we have AP types, system players , and method players. In all aspects to these ways to play the house advantage always stays the same. The wins and losses still go up and down, down and up, while the overall trend slowly grinds its way downward. The math confirms the result of a house's advantage in the long. Smart players never play for a thousand man hours at a session. The mathNazies insist that you will lose at the mathematical expected value. But the corporation's own year end earnings reports tell a completely different story. The real house advantage is the ignorance of most of the people that gamble.

It's ridiculous to play a recovery game by timing the correct moments to use a progression. It's guessing and that can have perfect sequences that kill all progress. But that is human nature to want that to work. If you add confirmation bias, where people just see what they want to see, then you have fallacies.

If you actually have an advantage beyond guessing then you should be able to win in the long run by skill alone and flat betting. If you have a method of targeting conditions then the same is true, flat betting. It's best to go no further than one lost bet in an EC kind of betting scenario to confirm consistency. Now that can be a single number bet 18 times to make it balance. It could be 9 numbers bet 2 times. It could be 24 numbers bet two times to win for every lost bet experienced. You must know how to stay close the the house's advantage in order to beat it. Yes, the pay should be 19 units for every 19 numbers selected. But it is not. The AP player depends on more wins than losses in order to grind away a winning session. The method player does the same thing. But the system player depends on rules executed at the proper time depending on triggers or MM. System players want the casino to be their own personal ATM machines. It does not work that way. But the majority of players seek the systems first until they either quit or move forward.

For those who " don't get it " I use my smiley face as a reply rather than continue to indulge in insults .  I told Micky P that I would no longer respond to his  posts yet he continues to bait me - posts that he is prodding me with a stick to trade insult with insult . No way Jose.!
I decide to reply with a smiley face in response . And, BOY , is it working  !  ;D

HE , obviously, didn't get my little joke about HE being himself as HE had tried to educate  ken  ;D

Very confusing statement.
What is "HE"? I thought it meant House Edge. Does HE speak?

I think you are overdue for your meds.

As Ken politely put it, "when all else fails"...
I knew you were referring to me but I chose rather to have a Forest Gump moment and draw some words out of you. Lol, it worked.

Scepticus, you complain about insults but you don't see your silly comments as insults. Always trying to undermine MrPerfect and others to further your cause, which is what by the way?
How many years have you been stuck on your 9 blocks? You should have been a millionaire by now just from your roulette winning but you play small chips and win (not always) just enough to cover your parking bill. But you want to challenge others, Why?

Hahaha not really, parking is free for members where I come from but I used this to give an idea on just how little Scepticus actually wins when he does.

By the way,  I'm not making up a story. Scepticus has stated that he only plays "hit and run" for a few small wins. And he wants to use this silly approach to challenge MrPerfect...lol.

Largely true . Small wins add up without risking megabucks . Unlike  Micky P I don't claim to make a living from roulette as I  am a recreational player .Last visit I played 7 tables
1st - 14 spins  Broke even2nd -40 spins  Plus 18 chips 3rd -17 spins Plus 24 chips4tth - 9 spins plus 42 chips5th- 8spins plus 30 chips6th-8 spins plus 42 chips7th -77 spins  Broke -even

Total profit 156 x £ = £ 156Not bad for a troll  ;D  Mr J would have won 39k with his $25 chips - with NO sweat  !
Only the ignorant sneer at Hit and Run  !

I use H & R Block every day because every session is unique and different.  For B & M roulette, that simply means switching wheels.  I have an easily achievable goal (1% of my table bank & over 91% coup winning chances) for each session and I leave that session immediately once I achieve it.  That money is now added to my bankroll for the next session.

I also forgot to mention that I limit myself to 5 coups per session regardless if I hit my goal or not.  This is because of cumulative probability which also works AGAINST us.  In this case, .9176 becomes .650 on the 5th coup.  This is the reason that we pursue hit and run strategies because we all have experienced the probability swings and loss of accrued profit.  For those of us that choose not to use AP methods, positive variance is all we have to win with.
