Damn my previous post got lost in the server lol and never copy it this time... >:(

Yes Micky the last play (attachment) had some monster of wins ; and as expected with most methods there will be a couple back2back
losses ???  However as you stated if there was a win goal in place we could have stopped even before Trigger 12 especially playing with bigger chips... From lucky Trigger 13 there were some losses that did recovered  ;)

What's intriguing is how a dozen will miss 3 times and hit within the 4th or 5th spin ; however it wouldn't be feasible to chase a dozen on the run as it is probably running all the way towards the pocket of a Pitboss ::)  Chasing one's losses is the same as taking your money folding in half and slipping it into the "House's" pocket and giving him a wink and pat on the back... Moral of the story Quit while you are ahead...

However there's the problem right there ; what about all the streaks ahead  :P  Well maybe play till the 1st loss encountered and then call it a session :-[ The word "Gambler" has this tarnished impure inclination associated with it similar to a drug addict after the one last "hit" :'(
Once again we are back to something similar to MR Perfect 's analogy of a "Gambler"...

Ok ok enough of the politics lol...

Win goal...

Stop loss...

Progression...

PS.> We will always be able to catch those streaks again on our next session ; unfortunately not the losses we were chasing...

Speaking about European layout alternating your bets from single to 2 dozens is a very good idea even if my fav bet is columns where u can find more exploitable patterns instead of dozens , if play in American layout then dozens is more preferable betting .

Well Pete mate you are on to something there bro...  Could probably alternate playing dozens and columns to try to keep up with the Variance to sometimes avoid the heavy back2back losses. Dozens does play nicely on the Euro Wheel too. For me though columns would be the backup not 1st mode of attack...

*** What if instead of the dozen itself we play the Lines  . Example : we are to bet on dozen 1 ;  we use the lines 1-6 and 7-12 instead. If its a winner we turn out a profit of 4 units instead of 2 units if the dozen was played ( doubled). That's if one's bankroll could handle it as you would be placing 1 units each on both lines to start with at a time for one dozen layout... As Micky said even straight up could be played ; the possibilities are all there if there's bankroll to fit the play... Damn I need to code this in RX to solve the curiosity lol... Thanks again Micky for this awesome share...

Lmfao sorry for the mixup there gents and total gibberish...  :o
Case of looking at London and talking to Tokyo ::) ;D ... Damn i'l leave the multitasking for the female specimen next time lol. I'm seeing double with all this double dozen talk... ;)

Never swim against the current ; even the very best drown...

The best of the very best enjoy the drowning experience because it feels so good when you stop!

Lol Third nice gif very nice indeed...  I been there more times than I'm afraid to remember... The adrenaline rush when the final step in the progression hits is simply unreal... When it loses , well that's a whole different story... Guess that's why drugs and gambling are two similar comparisons ; they can be highly addictive because of the " ultimate rush "...

UnlikelySam, I'd just like to add a few thoughts to why I suggested the parameters of play based primarily on the wheel and not the felt.

The wheel is where the action stems from; it generates the result of each spin. Playing off the wheel opens a dimension to the game that allows the player to take advantage of general repetition mostly brought on by the habits of the croupier. Hot wheel zones played in short bursts offers an unsecured advantage in that the "trend" can flip in an instant.
Expectation or probability is a generalized term based on averages over many spins where variance is the force that disrupts the norm for short bursts. We see trends and disruptions as "short term events" and our own games are short term events too.
Now, here is a question; Is a disruption a signal of the end of a trend or is it the beginning of a new trend?
How many spins are required to identify a current trend? The answer to this question is crucial because it is your signal to start betting.

The felt is designed as a convenient display of the numbers for bet placement purposes but in actual fact it is what generates Casino income because it distracts from the origin of the results, the wheel.
UnlikelySam, you suggested playing a double street within a dozen as an alternative and this just proves my argument of being distracted from the wheel. As an exercise, take each double street and plot it on the wheel (separately). See how scattered around the wheel the numbers are? Now think logically about hot segments and trends. Ken (Mr J) fought tooth and nail about betting off the felt because of betting on dead numbers. The big reason behind using the felt is bankroll. You can place one chip on a double street but will more than likely have to use six chips to cover a wheel "double street".
Players must begin with a healthy bankroll to sustain their play over a few sessions at least. Has anyone discussed Back to Back session losses and how to deal with it? B2B session losses are rare but are subject to the methods you play. If you have good methods or systems of play you should hardly ever experience back to back session losses. The bankroll is IMPORTANT and you can not expect to function effectively with a inadequate bankroll.

Selecting start of play must come from the wheel and not the felt. You do yourself a big injustice by using the felt to determine your play. This topic has been discussed in the past and the understanding of the subject matter only dawns with experience.

DrTalos spoke about selecting a target and I support his opinion on the matter. When playing "dozen" systems we use the felt dozens. I have taken what I have learnt about playing dozens and have tried to meaningfully reduce the 12 numbers played. For this I studied the wheel and saw the frequent repetition of "hot zones" so I married the two, felt dozens and hot wheel segments. The felt dozens identify a potential target and the wheel clarifies what numbers in the dozen will most likely hit over a few spins. Logic rational thought. So, although I use the felt to identify a target, the wheel is the ultimate deciding factor on what numbers to play.

Hope this helps with your research.

Michael.

Sam playing as u said d.s instead of dozen really increase the payback and not only this but u can create your own dozen using different d.s and not the standard ones , for ex at times u can mix ds from different dozens as 10-11-12-13-14-15, there are 15  possible combos instead of the fix 3 !

MickyP Wow!!! That was a pretty good explanation(write-up).Thank you kindly... The beauty bit of it is  I do understand your trail of thought with regards to your post. As you state it's easy to play the felt and very convenient indeed. At one point I used the play of dividing the wheel into 4 sectors  even splitting the wheel in half ;  top half and bottom half of wheel...

Unfortunately a few bad habits tend to creep in time and time again. In all honesty though I don't fault players for using the felt though as its each to their own peril and also bankroll based as well...However as I mentioned earlier I'm all onboard on what you are aiming at and had an awakening of some sort by comparing the Dirty Dozens Sequel attachment with the actual wheel sectors you spoke about ; the " hot " sectors that is often mentioned alot in the forums...

Yes I was heavily distracted ; literally as I was typing the DS implementation. Thanks again MickyP for the enlightenment and  the unselfish "Share"... Btw I did also manage to bet 8 numbers by using the dozens and columns to narrow it down lol but just for farts and giggles and not as an actual play to follow...

Sam...

Pete yes DS does offer a higher payout but we also need a larger bankroll too ; if one has the opportunity and likes that form of play then they should go for it. I think I did read up somewhere about mixing up the DS to combo it and create your own dozens ; nice info you have mentioned. Thanks Mate...

Petespin, I think you missed or didn't fully understand the reasons for reducing playable numbers within a dozen. The felt at this point is only used to identify a dozen target, either first, second or third dozen.
Let's say you are playing the three spin Palestis Single Dozen System. Your first trigger is XYX where X = First dozen and Y = Third dozen. For your next three spins you will only play the numbers of the first and third dozen within the hot zones on the wheel at that time.
Now if you start play from the first spin (X) your next spin is Y and the following spin is X again (possible first hit on the X dozen). Each dozen will be played as a separate game so you have to remember how many spins you have played on each. Notice how often a dozen will repeat 3-4 or even 5 times consecutively. This manner of play can be represented as XXXX... (same dozen), so the first X is the trigger and then you have three attempts at a hit on the dozen numbers in the hot zones....WOW! Also notice how often the dozens alternate eg, XYXYXXYXYYXYXYXXYXXYYX... and so on. This phenomenon is also a cash cow for playing the first two dozens, X and Y (hot zone numbers only).

Selecting double streets off the felt will result in numbers from the double streets sitting in cold zones on the wheel so you are simply watering down your bet value by covering these numbers. However, there is the off chance that the ball bounces into a cold area and lands in one of the numbers you have covered with your double street bet.

Playing 6 numbers at 35-1 from hot zones of a specific dozen and getting a first hit you profit 30 units. To profit 30 units from playing one double street you will have to have 6 consecutive wins at 5-1. If your session target goal is 20 units then the first option ends your session on betting spin one with the goal reached and ten units to surplus winnings.

No matter what double street you select the numbers will be spread around the wheel and will be a combination of hot and cold zones. If the idea of the game is to profit then players must think about how best to profit within the fewest number of spins and I don't see reason to include COLD numbers in a betting strategy.

Mickyp I never mentioned u did anything wrong or whatever perhaps your logic is right , but in this game with the endless possibilities as more random u play so much more your chances to win or better to find the perfect balance between random and prediction !

Oh! I'm sorry Petespin, did I come across as my usual aggressive self again? Maybe it's because I miss Ken, not fun without him around. Does anyone have contact with Ken? Will just be nice to know that he is okay as he did mention that he was dealing with some health issues.

Seriously, No aggression intended Pete. I was just concerned that the reasons for "bet selection" were being flushed without due consideration.
