Scep, correct me if I'm wrong, I think it's very simple concept, the bottom line is that at least 1 dozen or column will have 3 hits within 9 spins.

If the set of spins were less, 6 for example then none of the dozens/columns would be GUARANTEED to have 3 hits because they could have 2 hits each, also disregarding 0.

It's just permutations/variables on the end, and the permutations can never GUARANTEE a prediction that it will be correct.

Can you discard Scep the same dozen hitting 6 times in a row, I don't think so.

However Scep is using the permutations and discarding the possible combinations/sequences after each successive result till at the end remain 3 possible options, exactly the same as you were if not discarding permutations.

This kind of math is elementary level, we don't have to make something seem more important than it really is.
