Selling roulette products and services
« on: March 30, 2018, 07:54:39 PM »
Reminder - this topic is about incorporating a company to collect monies from investors to gamble roulette in b&m casinos.
Such open solicitation for money is allowed on this forum.

Were you directly approached and persuaded to invest? I don't think so.

The thread is an open discussion on the concept of creating a business. I read a basic idea being put forward for discussion and comment. Not one person was publicly asked to invest in the idea.
I see no rules violated.

cht,
It is different to ask for money and to discuss your plans to create a company.
Like it is different to talk about your plans for a robbery and actually commit one.
So I see no "solicitation for money".
If I missed something, you can report the post and we'll look into it.

Reminder: Talking about a scam is not executing the scam itself.

I am willing to consider 1000 shares (and maybe more later) should things reach the point of a concrete offering that I can examine.  I just wanted to let you know.
The level of advertisement of solicitation for money has reached this stage of response on this forum.

There are laws and regulations governing corporate bodies soliciting monies from the general public.

Let me get this straight with everyone:
  • If you think something is untrue or a scam, you are free to say so (politely) and warn other members.
  • Other members are free to not agree with you.
  • This forum is a platform for civilized and intelligent communication. Not a bulls*** police.
  • Unlike other forums that have a Sales section, we don't want and certainly don't endorse anyone to sale products or services. Buyer beware!
  • If you think someone is asking for money and trying to scam people, please report the offending post and we will look into it ASAP.

If you don't want any sales of products or services, then any post or thread that in any obtuse manner that hint of sales of products or services should not be allowed.

You see "that in any obtuse manner that hint of sales" is subjective. It is a matter of judgement when someone steps over the line of selling.
Like, we also do not welcome unproven claims, but we can't delete every post where someone said he won at roulette.
Something you believe is BS, others find inspiring.
And so on.
We are not here to tell people what's right and what's wrong. To tell them what to think and what to believe. We are here to protect the discussion from disruptive behavior and offensive remarks.

an hypotetical scenario to explain what was my idea, that what it was. I tried to collect thoughts, not money.
Many people asked me to share what I have. I do not intend to. So, I for a short while thought to go big and let people get a beneficial from that. I was wrong.
Seems everytime I do something here a fight start. Is not my intention.
I say sorry to all people offended or disgusted by my posts

You don't have to say sorry.

You just have to stop posts about marketing and your repeated unsubstantiated claims.

To be in line with kav intent of "we do not want sales of products and services" and "do not welcome unproven claims".

So, if an AP player claims that he can beat the wheel is legit, and if you ask for proofs he teaches you, for advance lessons with a fee, and then you have to buy a computer or a device, and this is still legit.
If a system player does the same, he is a scammer. And he is a scammer even if he does not sell a thing. Just the idea in itself make him a guy to keep an eye on.
And if AP player or AP supporters goes on every thread to destroy other people opinions is ok, while discussing ideas out of AP is always wrong and bad.

You have to direct your complains at kav.

I'm sure kav is fully aware of these old issues.
