So what's "conditioning" your rng play?

1) Medium/Long-term positive variance on one selection (greatest)
2) Lack of gaps in the selection and its felted "neighbors"

As long as the chosen selection by the LotT remains unaffected by gaps (itself or neighbors), I consider it "safe" to play.

It is still "safe" to play when these gaps exist but for me, things become harder to gauge and become more unpredictable.  Since I can instantly "re-focus" the sequence, it makes sense to only play under the best conditions.

RNG BiasTM persists continuously no matter how long the sequence.
