And some others bought a lottery ticket and won millions, so what?
It doesn't tell anything to me, this kind of information is useless since nobody could replicated it by will.

So what's the point of these kind of news coming up to light?
To make all of us wishful thinkers?
To make us feel unlucky or unwealthy??

When I read your statement, I am overcome by the feeling of pain, sacrifice and dedication. To accomplish such a feat, a person surely has put in a lot of time studying to achieve such a goal. It's not luck. It represents the epitome of someone who has reached the status of professional.

No Angelo.Itwas to demonstrate that even "  thousands -to one " bets  can win. How many would even THINK of making 5p bets ? How many 5p bets make up £5.25 ? I think it was an extraordinary thing to do .  You don''t . Do you really think that there is no difference between buying a lottery ticket and taking the trouble to work out all the bets ?Lotteyr tickets win on a regular basis . How many bettors win THOUSANDS fir £5.25 ?
What a miserable outlook you have .Greek.He wasn't a professional but just an ordinatry punter. Yes. He WAS lucky.

I can understand if it was the first time the ordinary punter had place bets using parlay, I would consider it luck. There is more to the story than meets the eye. It appears the punter had placed bets before, perhaps often. I believe, with the experience of handicapping horses, skill may have contributed to his win. Who knows? With the little information provided, I would say skill.

Like you have said before Scep: "can we use the info to something beneficial?
Everything else is just noise."
I expected you'd agree with me, but the fact that you advocate the result of plain luck amuses and surprises me!
Is it because this person was your friend that you got upset by my comment?
Is it because I spoiled your fantasies?
I speak common sense and people like you turn aggressive without apparent reason!
If you really believe that there is something you can do too then what are you waiting for?!
Between us don't let your cycle know that you are planning to win 50K with 5 pounds because they would start laughing!
Me? I'm just a voice through the internet so no biggies for your reputation.

@Greek, I thought that you were speaking about me on your first post.

Blue Angel, your reputation precedes you. It also applies to you, a consummate professional.

Guys ! Guys!
I think the guy himself says he was lucky. His last winner was priced at 14/1 .Angelo .You have a vivid imagination. YOU criticised my post and you seemed to suggest it was luck  so what are you really saying here ? On the one hand you seem to be saying that luck happens all the time in lotteries etc. and on the other  you seem to imply it was skill .And I AM the one with fantasies.? And why do you reply to a fantasist ?
GreekBlue Angel is an experienced roulette player  but has never claimed to be a roulette professional.  Like many punters the guy did bet accumulators before  but he made no claim to be a professional.   No professional horse bettor that I have heard of bets accumulators.

I'm not implying that he has skill, neither criticizing, just stating the obvious.

Your thread is Luck? You pose a statement with Luck?

I merely gave you my interpretation, not luck, but skill. What's the issue?
I did not say Blue Angel is a roulette professional, merely a consummate professional.
Not criticizing, just my opinion.

O.K. Greek
I think it was luck- you think it was  skill.  Skill suggests it can be replicated. A plumber can fix a leaky pipe - and can do this many times . I consider that a skill. I don’t think a gambler can replicate a  62k / £5.25 bet because he does not have the skill to do so .   Our opinions here differ so Peace Bro.
This is a roulette forum and when you said that BA was a “ consummate professional” I thought you meant that he was a  roulette professional. I apologise for the misunderstanding
