Is it about dice setting/influence?
Without any influence on the rolls Craps are worst than roulette because it provides much lower odds in regards with the actual probability of an event.

For example the "snake's eyes" or Aces or 2, pays 30 times your wager when its real probability is 1/36 instead of 1/30!
The same for the "box-cars" or 12, it pays 30 times your bet when it should pay 36 (including your stake).

You cannot learn dice setting/influence by watching videos, they could be funny but useless.
If you are not living near a casino with Crap tables then you have to buy 1 in order to practice for MONTHS in order to gain a small advantage.

Then you are just wasting your time by watching those videos, if it's for pass time then I'd prefer to see a film.

Any casino game is ridged in casino favor more then HE. Casino is a biggest player out there, and player ( real one ) always learn to maximise advantage.
Let's take roulette for example. HE is advertised 2.73%...  in reality is around 20 if casino follow proper countermeasures procedures.  Logic of any normal player wanna be- bet what fall the most. This " fall the most" produce in fact big advantage for a player, ifor it continues to fall. However, in different conditions " fall the most " is different... casino does manipulate conditions in every way possible.
If " fall the most" is not where player bets, he bets in huge negative advantage that can be up to 100%.
Bj is same for card count. If they remove few cards, count become to prejudice player instead of helping.
I do not see any reason why casino wouldn't protect themselves on craps tables as well.

Craps, the game is not offered in this country. On casinos manipulating outcomes of games, why not?
Looking at the bigger picture, there is corruption in almost every government worldwide. In many "credible" institutions you will find bad apples; dirty cops, dirty media dirty politicians, dirty agents, why not dirty casino inspectors? Getting paid to turn a blind eye is common everywhere, more in some places than others.

No need pay inspector. Inspector has no knowledge to see such manipulation,  if not, he will be player himself.
