Slow mehod for one street.
« on: January 16, 2018, 11:33:29 AM »

The play was done on a one zero table.
The bets were allways on the first street (1-3).
Target 100 units.

We bet 1 unit, and keep that until we hit.
If we are a head, we continue or stop.

If not  on new high balance we rise the bet.
We set the next bet with so many chips we will
win less than 12 if we hit next spin.

We keep the bet until hit again.

We proceed as before.

This use to take spins, but if we run it we have
a good chance to win small. If we are unlucky and
do not hit for very long, the cost use to be moderate.

As allways a real bad day will cost more.

I had to do 576 spins to win 102. After 264 spins
the balance was 99 units, so half the spins were
needed for just one unit.
(if I could know before I had made the end at 99).

Before reaching 99 the highest bet was 3 units,
and the overall highest was 5 units.

You know that a single Street can Sleep for a very very Long Time!

A single Street can Sleep for over 160 spins!
You are chasing a sleeping Street as Time Goes by and you need to know, that chasing sleepers is a real No go in roulette. It's better to Chase the Streets that are Hot, Just a sugestion. Have a great day.

I think Jesper knows what he's doing. He's probably played more roulette spins than the rest of us put together.  ;) He's quite aware of the stats, and isn't using a standard negative progression which hits the house limit quickly.

With these type of stats I'd trash the idea but on the other hand if it's RNG PC roulette; go...you good thing...go!

Many value a method by personal experience.  We will allways at some time find a play which not fit the method. Many trash the method because of that.  We CAN win or lose with any method. There are some better than others.
We can lose or have problem using any.  "Winning methods" do not exist, so we must be prepared to have some harder sessions from time to time.

You state that winning methods do not exist. This implies that winning is not possible. A method is a combination of a host of different factors that guides the play to potential wins.

If your statement was true, roulette would not exist nor would this forum.

I thinks Jesper's point about losing it similar to mine here: Tell me your system and I'll make it lose
It doesn't mean strategies are useless.

I don't see why not, after all, there are no winning lotto systems, but still the lotto exists.

Why the differing Timings per spin ?
I am not sure what your betting strategy is.
You bet 1 unit until you win ? .
If you don't win within12 bets  then what ? Continue  betting 1 unit until win? Or after 12  losses increase your bets with units  sufficient to profit ?
Congratulations on obtaining Mike's approval of your  System ! He usually criticises  " Methods " .

It's a friendship thing, not a roulette thing. This system will fail.

"We bet 1 unit, and keep that until we hit" >> Nope.

UNTIL is a BR killer. "until" means, rules are not set in place.

I don't approve of it, but at least it doesn't use Voodoo.

Sure, sticking pins in a model of the wheel is as effective as your nine blocks.  ;D
