How does an acculevel fight against cheating devices?

Self leveling wheels are a silly gimmick that tend to benefit the AP more than they do the casinos.
The reason is the base of the wheel may be level, but the track and or apron of the wheel may not be.  If a wheel has a dominant ball drop then it helps ensure that the dominant ball drop remains.  LOL

Interesting... they have recently updated their website to include a small description of the acculevel to say that it fights cheating devices somehow. TCS John Huxley base their whole wheel around what seems to be the drop zone and justify every thing they do around it.

The TCS Huxley device is comical.  It benefits the AP more than it does the casino.

They should spend a little more time on wheel spray finish chemistry rather than gimmicks.  The clear coat finish, the wood joints of their wheels and the adhesives used are a bigger problem for them than whether or not their wheels are level.  Also, the last time I checked they were still using pressed paper and glue laminant under the wood veneers on the center cone.

Temperature changes, humidity...they're the real problem with cheap wheels on the floor.  Keeping them regulated is the key.
